The service

Loupe Mail helps you confirm that a person wrote or mastered the document they submitted, through upload and timed questions.

Loupe Mail does not grade, accept, or reject academic or professional work. Judgment stays human.

Accounts and use

You are responsible for your credentials, shared PINs, and uploaded content.

You must have the legal right to upload any document you submit. Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights.

Do not use Loupe Mail for illegal, deceptive, or rights-infringing material.

We may suspend or terminate an account for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

Data ownership

You retain ownership of your documents and data. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Service availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Imbata Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Loupe Mail.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of major changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda.
