The free trial has no purchase price to refund.

Completed submissions consume quota and are generally non-refundable.

Billing errors, duplicate charges, or major service outages: contact us for a case-by-case review.

Your rights

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides a statutory right of withdrawal or refund, such as the European Union, you may have additional rights. Contact us to discuss your situation.

For digital services, the right of withdrawal may not apply once the service has been fully performed, provided you gave prior consent and acknowledged this.

Campus plans

Annual campus plans are confirmed with your finance office. Refund terms are set at order time.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
